Who’s excited for the redevelopment of Conestoga Mall? We are! Conestoga Marketplace will be a modern-era mixed-use development, where residents of Grand Island and the neighboring communities can live, work, shop, dine and play. This $250 million dollar development plan is happening right across the street from Webb Plaza. And large national stores like Target are coming in! This is going to bring in large crowds from all over Nebraska with a lot more new shoppers and exposure to the plaza. It looks like constriction is ahead of schedule with the north side to be complete in 2024 and Southside in 2025 and Target coming in around 2026.
